Anyhoo, it has been 1 long year since I wrote my very first post right here on this little blog.
I didn't even know what blogs were all about until my sissy Marie from Emma Calls Me Mama explained it to me...
I have met so many cool ladies and found SO MUCH inspiration!!!
Before last year I didn't think I had it in me to create a darned thing. Now I've painted, refinished, hammered, and demo'd a whole slew of things!
I've gone to garage and estate sales, I've taken more pictures than my family can handle and I'm looking forward to doing it all over and over again!
In celebration of my year of blogging, I'm having a little giveaway.

Hello!! I just discovered your site, uhhh…love it! So glad I did, can’t wait to go to the other posts, it is like computer “candy”….swoon!!! But without the calories …yay! I found your site from Emma calls me mama. Let’s see..whoopee! If I had to choose…(ooooh, nail biting time ) I would go with The Home Depot!!! First I would say “THANK U”…big virtual hug!!!! Then I would trot off to bye…Spray paint (hello, that is a given), more flowers/veggies, some stain I need b/c I’m about to refinish a table. Congrats on your anniv and I adore the site. Oops, me again. I forgot to say which card I would pick and what I would buy.
It’s a no brainer for me, I would choose home depot and probably use it to buy oops paint, primer, polycrylic and screws. Those are my most frequently needed supplies for my repurposing projects.

About the gift cards, hmmm such good choices but my 1st choice would be Home Goods. I’m redoing my bathroom and would love shopping there for towels and/or decor. Never have a problem finding something to buy there. Thanks for your give away, so sweet of you. Keep on blogging!! :p Rachel
